By creating an account or otherwise using Offside Fund (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Offside Fund is a fantasy trading game built around the Premier League 2026/27 season. Every account starts with a virtual balance, and you use it to buy, sell, and short virtual "shares" in players and club/country ETFs, whose prices move based on trading activity and real match events.
This is not a real financial market. Nothing here is a security, a real investment product, or real currency, and the Service does not offer real-money trading, deposits, or withdrawals. It is entertainment, not investment or financial advice.
The Service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete the account and associated data.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to get around trading limits or otherwise game the system is prohibited (see Section 6).
We may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, for violating these Terms, for suspected abuse, or to protect the integrity of the platform.
All balances, prices, dividends, and Achievement rewards on the Service are virtual, in-app only, and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real money, redeemed, exchanged, cashed out, or transferred for anything of value outside the Service.
We may reset, adjust, or wipe virtual balances and market data — for example between seasons, or to correct errors — without any obligation to compensate you for a change in virtual balance.
We may reverse trades, adjust balances, or suspend accounts involved in any of the above.
Prices, dividends, and match verification depend on third-party football data providers. That data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Our verification process is a best effort, not a guarantee — see the Info page for how it works, including the automatic-approval window for unresolved mismatches. We are not liable for losses (virtual or otherwise) arising from inaccurate or delayed third-party data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantee of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time, including for maintenance.
The Service's design, code, and branding belong to its operator. Club names, player names, and crests are used for reference and commentary only — Offside Fund is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, any football club, or any player.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of virtual balance, downtime, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
